Profile We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded, and highly collaborative Product Manager (PM) to join our PM team. The ideal candidate is an analytical and proactive professional with strong interpersonal skills, capable of balancing long‑term vision with hands‑on execution in a dynamic and complex environment. This role requires a curious and adaptable individual with a genuine passion for agriculture, innovation, and understanding customer and market needs, while effectively driving collaboration across cross‑functional andinternational teams.

Required skills

Expertise in Hi‑tech tomato crops, and market knowledge of the main hi‑tech tomato areas, principally north Europe and north America.

Minimum 5‑year experience, in field of works related to Hi‑tech tomato cultivation and/or commercialization.

Strategic Thinking&Decision Making - Ability to develop and execute long‑term product strategies.

Cross‑functional Collaboration - Ability to work effectively with R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams.

Market&Business Acumen - Strong understanding of the agricultural sector, market dynamics, and customer needs.

Analytical&Problem‑Solving Skills - Ability to analyze market data and make data‑driven decisions.

Expertise in MS Office and data analysis applications.

Communication&Influencing Skills - Strong ability to communicate strategies and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Language: English‑ Fluent&Professional. Preferably, proficiency in Dutch.

Responsibilities Responsible for leading product management activities of Hi‑tech Tomato worldwide, ensuring alignment between global crop strategy, and execution in Hi‑tech Tomato markets. This role involves cross‑functional collaboration with the Global Product Manager (GPM) and Global Crop Product Manager (GCPM), R&D, Operations and Sales teams, while overseeing Hi‑tech Tomato product development, market positioning, and portfolio management to support business growth.

Manage high‑value relationships with large‑scale Hi‑tech Tomato growers and retail partners, ensuring our brand strength, and participate in key‑account teams, that will manage Panora’s Hi‑tech tomato key‑accounts worldwide.

Analyze market trends, grower needs, and competitor products to optimize the local portfolio.

Manage and improve the local product portfolio, ensuring alignment with global crop strategy.

Plan and evaluate key trials in collaboration with PDs, country PMs and territory sales managers.

Oversee the logistics of trial seeds to ensure smooth execution of product development (PD) trials in close collaboration with regional teams.

Actively participate in key evaluation events of PD trials with Hi‑tech Tomato costumers.

Support the achievement of commercial targets in close collaboration with the sales team.

participate in key‑account teams, that manage Panora’s key Hi‑tech Tomato accounts.

Leverage local trial outcomes to refine product positioning, pricing, and support promotional activities in alignment with global crop guidelines.

Plan and execute New Variety Launches (NVL’s).

Provide technical support to key producers and the sales team.

Coordinate the territory level implementation of global fresh produce projects.

Lead the Hi‑tech Tomato Product Advancement Meetings (PAM).

Represent the Hi‑tech Tomato markets and activities, in Global Product Meetings.

Validate and update Hi‑tech Tomato product profiles in collaboration with the Crop Global Product Manager (GPM) and Country/Area Product Managers.

Create and maintain Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for Panora’s Hi‑tech Tomato varieties, to support global communication needs.

Work closely with breeding teams; Support, monitor and challenge breeding activities and strategies in the related crops
