Position Objective Lead a premium travel retail operation serving international travelers, VIP customers and luxury-focused shoppers in one of the Caribbean's strongest tourism markets.
Main mission: drive sales performance, conversion, average ticket, service excellence and operational discipline in a high‑traffic travel retail environment aligned with international luxury brand standards.

Princess Juliana International Airport is a key Caribbean gateway with strong passenger growth and regional/international demand.
Saint Maarten combines stayover tourism, cruise visitors and airport travelers, creating high potential for duty free and premium retail.
Philipsburg and airport retail are recognized shopping points for jewelry, beauty, fashion, electronics, liquor, tobacco and luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities Commercial Management&Sales
Achieve sales targets, profitability goals and brand KPIs.
Increase average ticket, conversion, UPT and sales productivity.
Supervise luxury experience, customer journey and visual merchandising standards.
Develop commercial actions oriented to international tourists and airport/cruise traffic.
Coach the team on upselling, cross‑selling and premium customer engagement.
Store Operations
Lead the full daily operation of the store.
Manage inventories, audits, stock accuracy and loss prevention.
Supervise cash control, deposits, cash counts and corporate policies.
Guarantee compliance with travel retail, duty free and brand standards.
Ensure efficient scheduling, shift control and operational readiness.
Premium Customer Experience
Deliver a high‑end customer experience for multicultural travelers.
Manage VIP clients, service recovery and critical situations.
Ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty and repeat purchase behavior.
Protect the brand image through service consistency and product knowledge.
Leadership&Team Development
Lead, train and motivate multicultural sales teams.
Manage performance, productivity and accountability.
Create a culture of sales excellence, service discipline and operational integrity.
Develop supervisors and high‑potential team members.
Requirements Must‑Have
5+ years in Duty Free, Luxury Retail, Fashion Retail, Beauty Retail or Travel Retail.
Proven experience managing commercial KPIs: sales, average ticket, conversion, UPT, productivity and margin.
Experience leading large or multicultural teams.
Advanced English required— C1/C2 preferred.
Spanish required.
Availability for relocation in the Caribbean.
Highly Preferred
Experience in airports, cruise ports, resorts, tourist zones or international retail environments.
Background in premium brands, luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, watches, jewelry or multi‑category duty free.
Strong operational discipline in inventory, cash control and loss prevention.
Experience with VIP customers and international travelers.
