Vacancy: HR Business Partner who is‘equipped for impact’ We are Huisman, a global company that develops technical solutions for the energy transition. We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support our team in Schiedam.
About The Position Of HR Business Partner As HR Business Partner you will be the primary contact for HR matters for employees and managers. You will support the business in achieving goals through HR initiatives, provide advice, collaborate on performance and succession planning, and help shape HR strategy.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Management Team NL and department managers to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Act as trusted advisor to employees and management.
Support performance management cycle, talent management, succession planning and career development programs.
Provide on‑job training on HR themes.
Assist recruitment colleagues with onboarding, internal mobility and off‑boarding.
Coordinate case management for illness and absenteeism.
Implement new HR policies and processes.
Analyze HR data to support decision making.
Maintain balance between professional practices and family‑oriented values.
Qualifications
University/bachelor’s degree in an HR‑related field.
At least 5 years experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment.
Knowledge of Dutch social legislation, Dutch labour law and employment conditions.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Strong analytical, prioritization and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Experience in a family business is an advantage.
EU passport/valid work permit for the Netherlands.
