As Payroll&Admin Officer, you will be part of the HR department and have a wide range of tasks, from preparing payroll mutations to general administrative and general services.

Payroll Responsibilities

Gather information about the monthly payroll and communicate this to external payroll companies.

Carry out fiscal and social security obligations.

Ensure the availability of the appropriate files for the accounting of personnel costs.

Process and analyze the actual, forecast, and balance sheet labour cost.

Preparation of different reports for management.

Administration Responsibilities

Processing of local time registration reports in the absence registration system.

Ensure the management and recording of attendances and absences of personnel (overtime, sickness, holidays, etc.).

Monthly timesheets (check and submission to relevant entity).

Checking and processing of expense claims.

Audit and 262 controls.

Back‑up for General Services.

Qualifications

Experience: 2‑5 years of payroll experience, preferably in an international organization.

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Languages: Command of Dutch and English verbally and in writing.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of monthly payroll calculations for local and expatriate (shadow payroll).

IT skills: Excellent user of Excel.

Other skills: Good analytic skills, like to prepare reports and work with numbers.

Integrity and accountability.

Team spirit, pro‑active attitude, flexible.

Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution mindset.

Planning and organizational skills.

Contract: one‑year employment agreement with the possibility of extension.
