We are looking for an
Operational Excellence Trainer
to support GMP training activities within a cell&gene therapy manufacturing environment. This is a 4-month contract role with the possibility of extension.
About the role You will be responsible for delivering onboarding and refresher training to Manufacturing, Production Support, and QC teams. The focus is on ensuring consistent, compliant, and lean GMP training across all operational areas.
Key responsibilities Deliver onboarding and refresher GMP training for Manufacturing, QC, and Production Support Plan training activities in line with the Manufacturing Training Coordinator Track training completion and report adherence Identify and escalate training gaps and bottlenecks Support mock runs, unit operations, and equipment/process trainingTrain contractors and visitors entering GMP areas Reinforce aseptic practices and support continuous improvement Ensure compliance with latest SOPs and batch records Act as a GMP role model in daily operations Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
Profile Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharma, biotech, or medical devices) Background in Manufacturing, QC, or QA preferred Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and operational processes Ability to communicate and explain procedures clearly Cell&gene therapy experience is a plus, not required Onsite availability in Geleen
