What you will do

Execute production support activities in a cleanroom environment in line with GMP standards.

Act as a first point of contact for operators on process‑related questions.

Provide guidance and on‑the‑job training to team members.

Support and initiate deviations, CAPAs and change requests.

Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

Perform and support equipment checks and (re)qualifications.

Assist with material handling, cleanroom support activities and periodic cleanings.

What we are looking for

MBO, HBO or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical or related field.

Experience working in a GMP or cleanroom environment is preferred.

Experience in production support, manufacturing or logistics within pharma/biotech is a plus.

Ability to work independently and take ownership in daily operations.

Strong communication skills and ability to guide and support team members.

A structured, accurate and hands‑on working style.

A proactive and team‑oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
