G2 are currently looking for a maintenance manager to join a client on the Dutch/Belgium border, in the region of Geleen (NL). The client is happy to consider candidates living on either side of the border.
The client is looking for a long term permanent member of staff, ideally someone who has a technical background in electrical and/or automation engineering.
The client has a role for a maintenance manager to join them to managing a team of around 35x supervisors and technicians, the plant works through three shift patterns, although this is a Monday to Friday role, 40 hours per week.
The focus will be on written tasks and implementing new reporting structures to improve the efficiency and reliability of the team’s data and reports. Knowledge of electrical and/or automation engineering is required.
The client is working within the FMCG industry and a knowledge of live production sites is very beneficial for the role.
They are happy to consider candidates from any sector.
START: ASAP– June, July or August starts are feasible LOCATION: Belgium/Netherlands border – Near Geleen SALARY: Belgium payroll - €6,000 - €8,000 per month x 13.92 months + car + excellent package
Maintenance Manager– Maintenance and Automation Manager
Specification: Electrical or Electrical Maintenance engineering experience Management of maintenance or production teams. Ideally 5+ years experience Ideally 2 years of management of supervisors within a live plant environment Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Automation engineering is beneficialExperience with working in Production Teams, live production environment Electrical (ECIA) engineering (LV, Tia Portal, DCS systems etc…) Knowledge of planned maintenance, SAP, maintenance&Reliability Dutch&English language.
Beneficial Skills: FMCG Process Plant (Pharmaceutical, food or fine chemicals) Projects leading experience, the client is interested in entrepreneurial mindsets
