The Job As Country Finance Lead, you are responsible for the

financial administration, closing and compliance

of one or more entities, ensuring reliable reporting towards the group.

Own and manage the monthly closing process , ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness

Maintain and control the general ledger , including accruals, journal entries and reconciliations

Ensure local compliance , including VAT returns and statutory requirements

Align local financials with group reporting , ensuring consistency and transparency

Prepare audit documentation

and

support external audits

Manage intercompany reconciliations

and ensure correct application of accounting policies

Identify and drive

improvements

in financial processes and SAP systems

Support and guide local finance team members , while acting as a sparring partner to the CFO and Group Controller

Your Profile Must-haves

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field

3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or controlling

Strong experience with financial closing and balance sheet management

Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance

Nice-to-haves

Experience with SAP (S/4HANA Public Cloud)

Experience with audit processes

Experience in a group reporting or consolidation environment

Hands‑on, pragmatic and solution‑oriented

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Able to take ownership and work independently

Clear communicator and team player

Comfortable in a dynamic and growing organization
