With us, you as a professional are at the center: we value personal contact and a pleasant working atmosphere. Development is important to us, which is why you are given the space to grow and to contribute your own ideas. You will work in a diverse and close‑knit team where collaboration comes first.
On top of that, you can count on excellent employment conditions:
A competitive salary that matches your knowledge and experience.
This is what you bring to the team Thanks to your technical knowledge and sharp eye, you are able to fully understand customer requests and translate them into smart, efficient solutions. You have an MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.

You have experience with or an affinity for defining production processes and creating work instructions.
You are familiar with working according to procedures and process flows.
A process‑oriented way of working suits you—you understand the value of clear procedures and workflows.
You communicate easily and clearly in both Dutch and English (German is a plus).
You are proactive, analytical, and pragmatic—you spot opportunities and know how to turn them into concrete actions.
Your daily responsibilities include
Developing and implementing new production processes.
Developing new production concepts that improve production efficiency, output, reliability, and lead time.
Ensuring that the correct workplace‑related tooling is available for operators; you support the development of custom tooling, which we then manufacture using our 3D printer.
