System Support Officer Logistics, Born

System Support Officer– WMS&TMS (Born, Netherlands) This full‑time, day‑shift role at Samsung SDS in Born supports operational teams with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS). You will be the first point of contact for system‑related issues, analyze incidents, determine root causes and ensure high data quality.

You will work in an international and professional environment where collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement are key.

Responsibilities First Line System Support

Act as the first point of contact for operational system issues

Diagnose, prioritize and resolve WMS and TMS incidents

Escalate issues to second line support when required and follow them up

Communicate with operations, IT, engineering and customers

Data Management

Maintain and manage master data within the Cello systems

Align stock levels between WMS and the customer’s ERP system

Maintain and improve procedures related to master data

Perform root cause analyses and propose improvements

Continuous Improvement

Test solutions in test environments

Contribute to structural system and process improvements (process management)

Initiate improvements in storage methods and put‑away strategies

Support customer implementations, system changes and go‑live phases

Assist in projects, improvement plans and system training for colleagues

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics operations or a coordination role

Strong interest in systems and willingness to learn

Analytical, accurate and communicative

A hands‑on mindset and a team‑oriented attitude

Professional working level of English

Good knowledge of Excel

Right attitude and willingness to grow (expertise not required)

Possible shift rotation may become part of the role in the future
