Senior Assistant Accountant– Flynth Join Flynth to manage complex annual accounts and provide expert advice to small and medium‑size business clients. You will coach colleagues, take responsibility for your own client portfolio, and collaborate with accountants, tax advisors, business consultants, and other specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare the annual accounts for your own client portfolio.

Present the accounts to clients together with the senior accountant.

Share professional knowledge with colleagues.

Address complex client questions.

Coordinate work processes and schedule for your portfolio.

Qualifications

HBO‑degree in accountancy, finance, control or a comparable financial qualification.

At least 4 years of relevant work experience.

Coaching skills and willingness to develop further under mentorship.

Location&Working Arrangements Hybrid work– main seat in Oostburg. You will work with your colleagues in a dedicated office environment that encourages learning, knowledge sharing and joint growth.
