Duties and Responsibilities Include

Recruit, train and manage sales department staff with special attention to managing customer traffic via a CRM tool.

Monitor customer demand and maintain an inventory that mirrors the demand.

Develop department profitability and necessary productivity to achieve the required volume, levels of sales, gross profit and customer satisfaction.

Maintain a high level of cooperation with other department managers.

Ability to respond to all personality types with professionalism i.e. focused, have discipline, embrace and commit to process.

Qualifications

3+ Years of Automotive sales management experience.

Must have computer skills including email and the internet.

Proficiency with CDK, CRM, and other tools is preferred.

Some College or College degree preferred.

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).

A current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
