Project Manager - Medical Devices . Responsibilities
Lead multiple projects in parallel through a structured process. New developments from initial Product Management request or concept to achieving stable production and/or engineering change projects on products from within the existing portfolio. Working closely with colleagues from the Design Technology and Innovation (DTI) group, collaborate with quality and regulatory teams to ensure project compliance with relevant laws and regulations and work with closely with the purchasing department and suppliers.Ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed scope, schedule, and budget. Oversee the project team's adherence to project plans and DORC Quality Management System (QMS) procedures. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and provide ongoing monitoring and progress reporting. Adjust project plans, schedules, and budgets as needed in response to scope changes, with appropriate agreement.Qualifications
Your enthusiasm is contagious in coaching your team, you are a genuine leader. You hold your own in meetings and can deliver a message confidently. Proactive, driven, pragmatic, and resilient. Strong analytical skills with an ability to maintain focus on the big picture. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing multidisciplinary project teams in an R&D environment or as a Senior Engineer. PMI PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Benefits
