Taakomschrijving
Acting as the first point of contact for clients regarding shipment handling.
Communicating operational updates and status changes to customers.
Answering client inquiries and resolving concerns to strengthen relationships.
Logging and resolving complaints; reporting recurring issues to Business Development.
Spotting commercial opportunities and sharing them with the sales team.
Updating customer and financial data in the system, including archiving.
Preparing standard reports and distributing customer invoices.
Verifying and processing purchase invoices from transport partners.

Gross monthly salary between€2,700 and €2,800.
Travel reimbursement of€0.23 per kilometre.
Full-time position of 40 hours per week.
Temporary contract via Manpower with the possibility of a permanent position.
