As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle everything from shipment updates to invoice processing. Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a logistics company in Maastricht. As a Customer Service Representative, you’re the link between customers and operations. You’ll ensure smooth shipment processing, resolve issues, and contribute to long-term client satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities include:

Acting as the first point of contact for clients regarding shipment handling

Communicating operational updates and status changes to customers

Answering client inquiries and resolving concerns to strengthen relationships

Logging and resolving complaints; reporting recurring issues to Business Development

Spotting commercial opportunities and sharing them with the sales team

Updating customer and financial data in the system, including archiving

Preparing standard reports and distributing customer invoices

Verifying and processing purchase invoices from transport partners

Qualifications

At least a mbo+ level diploma or higher

Previous experience in a customer service or logistics-related role

Full-time availability (40 hours per week)

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

Familiarity with logistics or distribution processes is a plus

Skilled in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
