We are currently looking for a Part-time (20 hours) Warranty Specialist, who will beensuringaccuratewarranty case handling, compliance with OEM policies, and seamless collaboration with retailers and technical teams.Qualifications

You willbe responsible forthe following: Acting as the contact person for dealer enquiries Support dealers in the warranty claim submission and evaluation processes Ensure that the markets are compliant with the manufacturer’s policies Raising awareness of the pre-approval process and liaising with dealer technical support and/or helpdeskSupport the parts return process Provide support in the execution/handling of warranty audits Preparation of monthly, as well as extraordinary reports to support market improvements Additional Information
