Main Requirements: At least 2 years of recruitment experience Proven experience hiring for Audit, Accounting, or technical roles Strong sourcing and screening skills Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a remote setupOther Requirements: Experience working with international clients Background in agency or executive search recruitment Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Audit, Accounting, and technical roles (IT, Engineering, etc.) Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate qualifications Coordinate interviews and manage client/hiring manager expectationsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience Meet hiring timelines and placement targets
