In this role, you will be the key interface between customers and the company's value chain, ensuring excellentservice delivery while supporting commercial strategies. At the Terneuzen site you will be part of an international team dedicated to delivering excellence and shaping the future of the chemical industry.

Responsibilities

Execute order entry and manage the order fulfillment process for multiple businesses and priority customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and gathering market insights.

Coordinate activities at assigned customer accounts, proactively addressing issues and implementing solutions.

Differentiate between customer requirements and the company's capabilities to provide the most effective solutions.

Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Marketing&Sales, Supply Chain and other partners to meet business goals.

Support commercial strategies and maintain service levels based on business priorities.

Benefits

A gross monthly salary between€2,700 and €3,500 (depending on experience).

Travel allowance of€0.21 per km (up to 75 km one way).

Full‑time position (40 hours per week) during office hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Ability to manage complex processes in a high‑volume, international setting.

Strong customer focus and ability to collaborate across functions.

Fluency in English (mandatory). Knowledge of German or Italian is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree (required).
