We are looking for a Receivable Specialist for a company in Terneuzen.

Responsibilities

Lead near due and past due collection activities

Influence customer payment behavior and maintain strong relationships

Manage account reconciliations, including offsets and adjustments

Investigate and resolve discrepancies and credit issues

Handle returns and resolve credit blocks

Support A/R improvement projects

Act as a key contact for customer accounts

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and internal processes

Perform additional administrative tasks such as updating tax certificates and customer data

Benefits

Gross monthly salary between€2,827 and €3,656

Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Travel reimbursement of€0.21 per km (max. 75 km)

Qualifications

MBO-4 diploma or bachelor’s degree

Fluency in English and one additional language: Polish, French or German

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Availability for a full-time position (40 hours per week)
