A company in Terneuzen is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to strengthen the connection between our customers and internal business partners. In this role, you will be the key interface between customers and the company's value chain, ensuring excellent service delivery while supporting commercial strategies.

Responsibilities

Execute order entry and manage the order fulfillment process for multiple businesses and priority customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and gathering market insights.

Coordinate activities at assigned customer accounts, proactively addressing issues and implementing solutions.

Differentiate between customer requirements and the company's capabilities to provide the most effective solutions.

Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Marketing&Sales, Supply Chain and other partners to meet business goals.

Support commercial strategies and maintain service levels based on business priorities.

What's In It For You

A gross monthly salary between€2,700 and €3,500 (depending on experience).

Travel allowance of€0.21 per km (up to 75 km one way).

Full-time position (40 hours per week) during office hours.
