Experience leading teams or coordinating cross‑functional activities is a strong plus
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Ability to create structure, simplify workflows, and implement practical process improvements
Hands‑on, solution‑oriented leadership style with the ability to work both strategically and operationally
Good communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation
What We Offer

25 vacation days
Opportunity for a permanent contract based on performance
Market‑conform salary including holiday allowance
