Due to the expansion of our R&D department, we are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team for 32-38 hours per week. The skills and experience you need

Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Extensive experience in product development and design, preferably using SolidWorks Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience Familiarity with fine mechanical systems, generators, and electric motors is a plus Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills in order to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with a natural ability to influence at various levels of the organisation Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. It's an advantage if you speak Dutch Must have own transportation within a reachable distance from Tilburg You are a talented individual with an analytical and conceptual mindset. We’re looking for evidence that you are a result-oriented problem solver by heart that sees solutions instead of problems, whilst a clear customer focus is essential in order to succeed.Excellent team working skills are vital, and you should enjoy collaborating with others - being prepared to both help and ask for help when needed.
