Overview For the Auto-and Aviation Technology team we seek a specialist in aviation technology who will serve as a teaching staff. The role takes place in a converted hangar, providing students with hands‑on experience on aircraft maintenance, including Cessna Citation and Alouette helicopters. The position may lead to training development and further coordination responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver lessons and coach students in practical aviation technology.

Develop workshops and lesson materials together with colleagues.

Assist students during maintenance tasks on aircraft, such as the Cessna Citation and Alouette helicopters.

Possibly contribute to the Drone Operations Specialist program.

Qualifications

HBO work and thinking level. Assessment may be part of the selection.

Authority to teach at the vocational level or willingness to obtain it.

Experience in the aviation sector as a maintenance mechanic, technician, or engineer.

Experience in teaching is a plus.

Experience as a B2 level employee is a plus.

Affinity and interest in Drone Operations are a clear pre‑requisite.

Creativity and social skills to connect lessons to students' reality.

Experience with coaching and guiding students.

Familiarity with digital teaching techniques is a pre‑requisite.

Employment Details The position offers 0.6-1.0 full‑time equivalents (fte).
