For our client we are looking for a PCBA Tester. As a PCBA tester, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of high-end electronic modules, printed circuit boards, and subsystems. You are the final link in the production process and ensure that every product leaving the facility meets the highest technical standards. Through your precise testing, sharp analysis, and problem-solving skills, you help prevent errors, improve processes, and directly contribute to customer satisfaction and product innovation.

Responsibilities Preparation
Interpreting product documentation, test specifications, and work instructions.
Setting up and preparing test configurations.
Executing Tests
Testing products using various test methods (including connectivity testing, high voltage, functional tests, RF, flying probe, IC tests).
Programming and operating different test systems.
Performing basic checks in case of deviations and determining appropriate corrective actions.
Recording test results and completing reports and quality documentation.
Troubleshooting (primarily senior level)
Analyzing complex failures using schematics, drawings, and test results.
Repairing and replacing components in accordance with IPC standards.
Investigating customer complaints and reporting structural issues.
Contributing ideas for product and process improvements.
Inspecting products and correcting any production errors.
Accurately documenting all performed activities.
Qualifications
A completed MBO level 3/4 or HBO education in Electronics.
Required Skills
Broad technical knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering, and mechanics.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Accuracy, quality awareness, and a structured way of working.
Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
A proactive attitude and the drive to continuously learn and develop yourself.
Pay range and compensation package You can also count on: A competitive salary aligned with your knowledge and experience, plus shift allowances according to the collective labor agreement. 27 vacation days, plus 13 additional ADV days. Pension contributions and travel expense reimbursement. Work in a two-shift system: Morning shift: 06:00– 14:50 Afternoon shift: 14:40 – 00:00 On Fridays during the afternoon shift: 14:40 – 21:20.
