Are you a relationship-focused professional who enjoys working with partners, coordinating projects, and building strong long-term connections?
A growing telecom&technology organization is looking for a proactive Partner Manager to support and strengthen their partner network while working closely with Business Development teams on ongoing projects and partner success.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in account management, partner management, relationship management, or sales support who enjoys combining communication, coordination, and commercial thinking in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing Managing relationships with existing partners Acting as the first point of contact for partner communication and support Coordinating projects and ensuring smooth follow-up after deals are won Supporting Business Developers where needed Handling partner questions, challenges, andrequests professionallyMaintaining strong engagement with partners and identifying opportunities Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
What They’re Looking For 2–3+ years of experience in sales, account management, relationship management, or partner management Strong communication skills in Dutch&English Affinity with technology and/or telecom Commercial mindset with strong people skills Proactive, organized, and socially confident personality Comfortable in an office-based environment Available 32–40 hours per week
