You work in a small and close-knit team where colleagues know each other and help out where needed. No day is exactly the same, because you are deployed across different workstations in production.Step by step you will get to know the process and carry out more tasks independently:

Contributing to product changeovers and machine start-ups Carrying out process and quality checks Cleaning machines and workstations Assisting with machine changeovers Thinking along when solving small malfunctions Working according to fixed recipes, processes and food safety guidelines Functievereisten
