Export Sales Manager– International Beauty&Professional Sugaring Market Radeq Lab is looking for an Export Sales Manager who wants to help us build something bigger than standard product sales.

We are a

cosmetics

manufacturing company based in the Netherlands, specialized in professional

sugaring products , skincare and solutions for beauty professionals. Our products are already used by salons, trainers and

distributors

in different markets, and now we are ready to expand more actively across Europe and beyond.

We are not looking for someone who only sends price lists and waits for replies.

We are looking for a person who can open doors, build relationships, understand distributors, recognize market potential and turn conversations into real business.

Your role will include:

Finding and approaching new distributors, wholesalers, academies and professional beauty partners

Building long‑term relationships with international clients

Developing export markets together with the management team

Preparing offers, following up leads and negotiating commercial terms

Representing Radeq Lab in a professional and confident way

Helping us understand local markets, competitors and opportunities

Supporting existing partners and helping them grow sales

Working closely with our team in the Netherlands on pricing, logistics, product information and strategy

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in export sales, international B2B sales or distributor management

Understands that strong sales are built on trust, follow‑up and consistency

Is confident in communication and not afraid to contact new prospects

Speaks very good English

Is independent, organized and able to manage their own pipeline

Has a commercial mindset and knows how to turn opportunities into results

Is comfortable working in a small, ambitious company where things move fast

Is interested in the beauty, cosmetics, wellness or professional salon industry

Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a strong advantage, but the right attitude, business instinct and ability to learn fast are even more important

Knowledge of additional languages such as Polish, German or Russian is welcome, but not required
