Guide clients in data-driven transformation and help create business value from data. Work with data scientists, data analysts, and business counterparts, translating technical concepts into business terms. Identify and prioritize business problems and present recommendations to senior management.Contribute to a range of projects across industries as part of a collaborative, open culture. Participate in digital transformation initiatives and help clients scale their data capabilities. What you bring

At least 3 years of relevant experience as a BI/Analytics consultant in one or more of the following areas: Knowledge and experience with Microsoft products (SQL Server BI components: SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and the Microsoft Azure environment (Data Factory, AAS, Data Lakes, Blob Storage, Azure SQL DB, Power BI Embedded, Synapse).Knowledge and experience with Information Builders (e.g., WebFOCUS). Knowledge and experience with SAS products (e.g., SAS Base, SAS DI, SAS QKB, SAS VA). Knowledge and experience with Informatica (PowerCenter, IDQ, MDM) and cloud-based Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services. Knowledge of data warehouse principles (star schemas, Data Vault, multidimensional modeling).Knowledge or experience with Python, R, Snowflake, or Apache Spark is a plus. Experience delivering BI/Analytics solutions in the Cloud (Azure, AWS, or Google). Knowledge and experience with SQL and NoSQL environments (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Cosmos DB). Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, DevOps).Certifications in one or more areas and willingness to obtain further certifications. A minimum of HBO work and thinking level. Fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written); for Belgium, French is advantageous. Your experience

Expertise in business intelligence, data management, data architecture (Cloud), data warehousing, and basic programming skills. Experience in business analytics to create insights solving business challenges, preferably with AI and IoT projects. Experience with use case assessments and requirements gathering around data, processing, and integration in business processes.Understanding of scaling data management projects and data architectures, data warehouses, data models and related concepts.
