Lead Dynatrace Monitoring Consultant

at Atos, you leverage Dynatrace as the foundation for full-stack observability, application performance monitoring, and digital experience management. You help organizations gain control over their systems, make performance transparent, and turn operational data into actionable business insights.

Role As a

Lead Dynatrace Monitoring Consultant , you make complex IT landscapes transparent and guide customers on their maturity journey towards autonomous operations. You will

Design and implement Dynatrace for observability, application security, and data analytics.

Monitor digital value chains, applications, and user behaviour, including APM, RUM, synthetics.

Develop dashboards, detections, alerts, and integrations tailored to customer needs.

Automate and standardize platform deployments and configurations.

Support customers in platform adoption, maturity growth, and operational use.

Collaborate closely with engineers, testers, architects, and consultants.

Translate customer challenges into scalable, measurable platform solutions.

Requirements

A background as a Developer, DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Security Engineer.

Experience with or strong interest in Dynatrace as a platform.

Exposure to tools such as Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, or New Relic is a plus.

Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes are a plus.

Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or others is a plus.

Solid understanding of at least one domain observability, security, or data analytics.

Strong communication skills and a consultative mindset.

Analytical, curious, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

A clear growth mindset, focused on learning and helping customers evolve.
