Analyst Investment Banking and M&A Amsterdam and Antwerp Up to 40 hours Starts all year through Lay the foundations for a career in Investment Banking and M&A. CFI is currently looking for ambitious students and young professionals to join our team as an Investment Banking Analyst in Amsterdam and Antwerp! What will you do? As an IB Analyst at CFI you will become a full member of our team and you will be involved in all aspects of our work from origination to execution. Your activities will include e.g. performing market, industry and company specific analyses, valuations and other financial analyses, assist in the overall origination and execution of transactions.You will actively liaise with project parties and be in direct contact with clients, banks, advisors and private equity parties. With dedicated financial skills and a sound feel for commerce, your eagerness to close deals is what makes the difference. Our Benelux team consist of ca. 25 investment banking professionals, based in Amsterdam and Antwerp, and focus on three core sectors: Business Services, Software&IT and Industrials. Besides a great team and a nice working atmosphere, you can find us on Friday afternoons at one of the terraces around the corner, sailing with the company boat on the Amstel or other activity. Furthermore, once a year we go on an amazing trip (New York, Grand Prix Monaco, Ibiza, Dubai) and CFI organises (bi-)annual international conferences where you will meet all your international colleagues.Interested?
