to enhance project and program performance for

clients. You will support complex transformation initiatives and help redefine how projects are governed, monitored, and delivered through data-driven insights. Location:

Support project and program management activities (planning, scheduling, cost, risk, scope, quality) Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports (KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies) Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) Track risks, issues, actions, and change requestsAutomation of PMO reporting and processes Use PMO, AI, and BI tools (Power BI, Python, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Copilot) / Oracle Primavera Coach and support Project Managers and delivery teams Your profile:

Dutch Speaker is a plus, Fluent English (spoken and written) Level of experience: +2 years Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Engineering, IT, Business, Data, or related field) Certifications are a plus: PMP / PRINCE2, Agile / SAFe, Power BI / Data Analytics, AI / Data Science certifications (Azure, Google, Coursera, etc.) but not mandatoryExperience in

PMO, Project Management, or Program Management is a plus, but not mandatory Strong understanding of project controls, governance, and reporting Hands‑on experience with PMO tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, advanced Excel) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills AI / Machine Learning applied to project managementOur offer:
