Who We're Looking For
In this role, you’ll act as a key link between our Group marketing teams and the local business in the Netherlands and Belgium. You’ll bring multi‑channel campaigns to life by smartly reusing, adapting, and localizing high‑quality corporate content (customer stories, portfolio messaging, sustainability narratives, social assets, website content, bid library). The goal is to create measurable engagement that supports Sales across one‑to‑many, one‑to‑few, and Account‑Based Marketing.You’ll make sure our stories, messaging, and assets truly land with the right audiences, and you’ll support the CU Director with internal communications and sales enablement where needed. What You Will Do
Plan and run integrated campaigns across email, social (organic&paid), web, intranet, newsletters, events, and webinars, following Group campaign guidelines (audiences, objectives, messaging, KPIs, timing) Leverage Marketing Development Fund (MDF) from focused vendors in close collaboration with Partner Management team Ensure message and brand alignment; prioritise reuse of Group content and adapt only where neededSelect and operate the right internal/external channels (e.g., intranet, Viva Engage, SharePoint, LinkedIn, corporate website) and manage publishing/scheduling Source, adapt and package Group content; brief micro‑assets when required; collaborate with content owners and leverage the Responsive bid content libraryRun day‑to‑day project management: timelines, checklists, approvals and quality control with Sales, Marketing, technical leads, partners and agencies Define KPIs (reach, engagement, quality traffic, account/contact interactions, influence on pipeline), deliver clear reports and insights Support events and webinars with before/during/after orchestration (teasing, calls‑to‑action, post‑event nurturing, amplification of replays/highlights)What You Will Need
2–4 years of hands‑on B2B marketing experience, with a passion for campaign execution and seamless project coordination (experience in IT/services is a plus) A solid understanding of ABM and how marketing engagement supports sales Excellent planning and stakeholder management skills; comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams and meeting tight deadlinesNative‑level communication skills in Dutch and English Native‑level written communication and copy writing and editing skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus); ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and buyer journeys Practical knowledge of channel operations: intranet/newsletters, social (LinkedIn), email/marketing automation, web content and structure; design skills are a bonusA collaborative, customer‑focused mindset, detail‑oriented, quality‑driven, and comfortable working within governance and brand guidelines Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement (Pardot) for marketing automation and engagement tracking is a bonus Strong tool fluency, including PowerPoint, social scheduling/management tools, and ideally Excel/power BI for reporting and insightsMonthly travel between NL and BE to foster on‑site collaboration What Can You Expect
