What you’ll do
Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify business needs and propose tailored service solutions.
Support the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, and follow‑up.
Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross‑selling.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Stay informed about market trends and client challenges.
What We’re Looking For
Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar.
Strong interest in sales and client relationship management.
Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results.
Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Drive to seek out what’s next and deliver exceptional results.
Collaborative, solution‑focused spirit and sense of urgency.
Desire to embrace new ideas and fresh thinking.
Experience as an active leader on campus.
Comfort with hybrid (virtual and face‑to‑face) environment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Fluent Dutch and English.
