As European Service Support Specialist MR, you provide specialist technical support for the installation, maintenance and optimization of MR systems across Europe. You act as a technical expert for internal teams, CGCs and partners, supporting new product introductions, resolving complex issues and transferring knowledge through training.You report to the European Service Support Manager and operate as an individual contributor in a highly specialized international role. This position requires strong hands-on expertise, a collaborative mindset and solid experience within the MR domain. What will you do?
Deliver technical training for internal teams, CGCs and partners, ensuring up-to-date knowledge on new and existing MR systems. Support the introduction and installation of new MR products across Europe, including service readiness and implementation planning. Provide advanced technical support for complex service issues, both remotely and on-site when required.Develop action plans, troubleshoot root causes and support timely resolution of customer-impacting incidents. Share field feedback, technical learnings and improvement opportunities with internal stakeholders. Support Field Modification Instructions (FMIs), service projects and continuous improvement initiatives.What do you bring?
HBO-level education in a technical discipline. Proven hands-on experience with MR systems (mandatory). Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex issues independently. Experience delivering technical training or transferring knowledge to others. Understanding of service processes within an international environment.Knowledge of quality and regulatory standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and MDR. What do we offer?
