Responsibilities The Pricing, Tender&Demand Associate Manager role will make an impact in the following ways:
Analysis: Partner with internal key stakeholders to maximize revenue potential of the products. Anticipate and evaluate risks associated with European and national pricing.
Business cases: Provide support to local management with business case preparation and impact analysis, and effectively coordinate pricing exception requests.
Pricing: Advise on trade‑off and pricing decisions to optimize revenue. Develop ad‑hoc dashboards and trackers to monitor performance and price realization.
Maintenance: Establish, govern, and maintain processes and databases to prepare, optimize, and evaluate wholesale and HIC tender agreements.
COGs: Ensure price approval and price governance processes are respected.
Quotations: Ensure timely preparation of price and tender proposals for internal stakeholders.
Demand planning: Translate pricing strategies and market dynamics into demand forecasting, collaborating with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management, production planning and develop statistical modeling techniques to guide forecast decisions.
Reporting: Provide performance insights on wholesale and HIC agreements and share them with relevant stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, supply, and management.
Qualifications
Previous 3 years experience in Pricing, Tender or Demand Planning
1 year in the pharmaceutical market or relevant markets preferred
Excellent analytical, communication, administrative and organizational skills
Demonstrated project management
Ability to maintain effectiveness when experiencing changes in business environment by adapting project plans and implementing action steps to address the changes
Good knowledge of the market and price dynamics related to pharmaceuticals/generics
Collaborative work style and ability to work with and develop strong working relationships with colleagues from various functions, geographies, and various levels within the organization
Strong hands‑on/make‑it‑happen attitude
High level of intrinsic motivation and gets energized by data analysis
Intermediate Dutch and Advanced English language working proficiency
