As an AI Researcher, you’ll collaborate closely with experienced researchers and engineers to tackle real-world challenges. Your work will include designing and running experiments, training and evaluating models, and exploring innovative techniques like model distillation, speculative decoding, and inference optimization. You’ll also contribute to building reinforcement learning environments and help analyze and document experimental results.This position is ideal for students or recent graduates with a strong foundation in computer science and machine learning. You should be comfortable coding in Python, familiar with deep learning frameworks, and eager to solve complex problems in a fast-paced research environment. Prior experience with NLP, reinforcement learning, or AI agents is a plus, as is involvement in open-source projects.In return, you’ll gain hands-on experience with real production systems, receive mentorship from leading experts in AI and cloud infrastructure, and work in a flexible, collaborative environment. xjpvoyz High-performing participants may also be considered for a full-time role after completing the program.
