€3,000 – €3,500 gross/month About the role Coway is a global leader in air and water purification: $3B revenue, 15M+ households worldwide. Our European HQ in Amstelveen (est. 2021) runs lean and fast, like a start-up backed by a global brand. We’re looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to join a small, driven team. You’ll report directly to the Ecommerce Strategy Manager and own your work from day one.What you’ll do • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google and Meta, from setup to performance reporting • Take ownership of our Shopify store — product listings, promotions, and ongoing conversion improvements • Analyse campaign and store data in Excel and GA4, turning numbers into clear weekly insights• Contribute to integrated marketing planning across paid, organic, social, and content channels • Support influencer and creator outreach as part of our broader brand-building efforts • Collaborate closely with the Ecommerce Manager on go-to-market initiatives What we’re looking for •2–4 years of experience in Ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field• Practical experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (required) • Comfort working with data: strong Excel skills and an eye for insight (required) • Familiarity with Shopify or similar Ecommerce platforms (preferred) • Experience with multi-channel or integrated marketing campaigns is a plus• Curious about emerging tools: knowledge of AI marketing platforms like TripleWhale is welcome • Fluent in English; Dutch is not required What we offer • €3,000–€3,500 gross/month • Flexible start between 07:30–09:30 | 1 day WFH/week • Commuting allowance • Small team, real impact, global brand
