Guest Service Agent

Htel Serviced Apartments , you are a key factor in our guest satisfaction! On a daily basis, you will be stationed at the reception desk and handle the check-in and check-out of our guests. In addition to answering various guest inquiries, you will take care of registrations and occasionally offer guests a nice cup of coffee or tea. You will also answer the phone, respond to emails, and ensure that the lobby always looks welcoming and presentable.

What will you do?

Check guests in and out

Answer questions and provide information to guests

Provide customer service via email and telephone

Perform light administrative tasks such as preparing invoices

Process reservations and cancellations

Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate is guest-oriented, social, and presentable. You gain energy from interacting with people and enjoy thinking in a solution-oriented way. You are a team player and flexible when it comes to working hours. Shifts (including rotating shifts) start at 07:00, 09:00, 11:30, or 14:30, and you will work no later than 23:00.

Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written

Completed relevant MBO or HBO-level education

Willingness to work rotating shifts (no night shifts)

Working hours to be determined in consultation, with a minimum availability of 24 hours per week
