Responsibilities As the 3rd Party Security Manager, you are the“security conscience” for our business and IT units when collaborating with third parties, integrating risk management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Help colleagues integrate business partners into the bol IT ecosystem securely.

Raise awareness that security is a prerequisite for successful collaboration.

Monitor the risk landscape, assess vulnerabilities, and take mitigating actions.

Scrutinize risky partners (audits/reviews) and advise owners on risk mitigation.

Manage business partner compliance checks and continuously improve platform security.

Lead improvement projects deriving from identified risks.

Challenge initiatives to incorporate security implications and promote a“think‑like‑a‑hacker” mindset.

Ideal Candidate

Self‑reliant and pragmatic cybersecurity specialist.

Experience in cybersecurity consulting and business engagement.

At least 3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor/master level background.

Strong communication: clear, persuasive explanations of complex topics.

Proactive: detects and proposes improvement opportunities.

Confident in briefing senior management and ensuring implementation of recommendations.
