The role As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will guide clients through their HR transformation. Together with your colleagues, you will leave your mark on the HR policy of various organisations - conducting analyses, providing advice, and being involved in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across a range of HR processes. Through your knowledge and experience, you add real value to our clients' business operations.
You’ll have space and freedom, with opportunities to work on engaging and challenging projects based on your interests and expertise. They actively encourage you to stay ahead of the latest developments in cloud-based HR solutions, and you’ll use your experience to mentor junior colleagues and support their growth.
The team You’ll join an open culture built on knowledge sharing, teamwork, and an entrepreneurial spirit. They build smart SAP HXM solutions - including SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, and Concur - that give organisations a head start. From complete SAP suites with smart apps and extensions to integrations and managed services, we provide whatever is needed to give organisations a boost.
What we're looking for
HBO working and thinking level, with at least two years of experience in a similar role preferred
Proficiency in at least one SAP technology (SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, or similar)
A solid understanding of the HR landscape, with a passion for optimising and automating HR processes
Clear communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with colleagues and clients
A commitment to quality and the ability to translate customer needs into concrete solutions
A collaborative mindset with a belief in knowledge sharing
Fluency in Dutch and an excellent command of English
