Role Overview A field‑based MSL role working on Oncology pipeline activities across the Netherlands, with the opportunity to work on a launch. This role focuses improving patient outcomes through collaboration with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and external experts.

The role serves as a key scientific resource, providing clinical expertise, facilitating medical exchange, gathering insights, and supporting research and education initiatives within Oncology. The position requires strong knowledge of the Oncology landscape, ideally in lung and gastrointestinal cancers, alongside the ability to build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scientific relationships with HCPs, KOLs, academic experts, pharmacists, nurses, physician assistants, and other stakeholders.

Engage in scientific discussions on emerging clinical data, treatment landscapes, unmet medical needs, clinical trials, patient access challenges, medical education.

Collect and communicate medical insights to support medical strategy and lifecycle planning.

Develop and execute territory engagement plans aligned with broader medical objectives.

Support clinical research activities in partnership with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations teams.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure a customer‑focused and compliant approach.

Identify educational and scientific needs within healthcare accounts and tailor engagement strategies accordingly.

Maintain deep expertise in assigned therapeutic areas and evolving Oncology data.

Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with compliance standards, policies, and ethical guidelines.

Complete administrative, reporting, and training requirements in a timely manner.

Contribute to broader field medical and cross‑functional projects where required.

Required Qualifications

Advanced scientific or clinical degree required.

Experience in Oncology.

Field‑based Medical Affairs experience, engaging with HCPs.

2+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, or oncology‑focused healthcare settings.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Ability to identify opportunities for scientific engagement and insight generation.

Proven relationship‑building skills with both external experts and internal stakeholders.
