PepsiCo BeNeLux welcomes new talent through our internship program for (near-)graduates, offering meaningful projects, mentorship, and hands‑on experience.
Responsibilities Together with your future manager, you'll work on our two major campus projects (First Gen and Dare To Do More). This involves attracting Gen Z and enhancing the recruitment, pre‑boarding, and onboarding experience for PepsiCo.
Act as a matchmaker between candidates and their potential careers within PepsiCo, convincing them of a PepsiCo job.
Additionally, you'll support the Intern Community by organizing workshops, creating the intern newsletter, and hosting informal events.

Qualifications
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).

Energetic, go‑getter, passionate about people, works well in fast‑paced, proactive, innovative organization.
Currently studying or recently graduated (max. 3 months post‑graduation).
