Job description Channext is a fast-growing channel SaaS scale‑up based in Utrecht. We're on a mission to connect vendors and their partners by helping them to improve their sales and marketing efforts through data. About the role As a Sales Support Intern at Channext, you'll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with our Partner Development Reps as they onboard partners from leading vendors like Apple, Lenovo, and Microsoft onto the Channext platform. You'll own the work that directly supports the sales motion: reconnecting lapsed partners, building the social proof that helps us close thenext deals, and keeping the team's pipeline running clean.
This is a hands‑on operational role at the heart of a high‑performing B2B SaaS sales team. You'll keep the partner engine running smoothly: managing the inbox, maintaining CRM hygiene, running reconnection outreach, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What you’ll do Drive pipeline support
Win back lapsed partners through outbound calls and email. Every reconnection is a partner you brought back to the platform
Run testimonial conversations with happy partners and build the social proof library that powers our sales and marketing motion
Stay on top of partners moving through onboarding and call them up when a new vendor joined Channext and invited them to join their campaigns
Keep the engine running
Manage the partner inbox and act as the first point of contact for incoming partner conversations
Provide front‑line partner support and escalate where needed
Keep HubSpot sharp: Clean partner records, close data gaps, and make sure the CRM reflects reality
Help build lists and source for contacts
Reporting on reconnections, follow‑ups, and testimonial pipeline so the team can see what's working
Job requirements About you
You enjoy picking up the phone and can convince with passion and personality
You're organised and take ownership of your work; you can juggle reconnection outreach, partner follow‑ups, and the inbox without dropping the ball
You have a hands‑on mentality and a bias toward action: when something's broken or messy, you fix it rather than wait for someone else to
You're detail‑oriented and comfortable working with data, keeping HubSpot accurate and pulling light reporting doesn't faze you
You speak and write fluent English
