Drive access to innovative oncology diagnostics

We are seeking a Client and Market Development Manager to expand patient access and adoption of innovative oncology diagnostic solutions across the Netherlands. In this field‑based role, you will work closely with hospitals and key stakeholders to develop the market, shape access pathways, and build long‑term partnerships.

You will collaborate with the Netherlands business lead and cross‑functional teams including Market Access, Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, and Sales.

What you will do

Develop and execute market development strategies to expand access to oncology diagnostics.

Build and maintain senior relationships with clinicians, hospital management, procurement, and finance.

Support hospital contracting and reimbursement activities with internal partners.

Deliver scientific and value‑based presentations and lead stakeholder meetings.

Represent the organisation at relevant congresses and meetings.

What we’re looking for

5+ years’ experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or market development roles and oncologie.

Strong knowledge of the Dutch healthcare and reimbursement environment.

Proven stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.

Fluent in Dutch and English.

Willingness to travel nationally.
