AI‑first organisation

is central to Clinisys’ purpose and the impact we deliver. As a global provider of intelligent diagnostic informatics solutions, we build AI‑enabled, cloud‑based platforms to enhance diagnostic workflows across healthcare, life sciences, and public health. By applying intelligent technology thoughtfully and responsibly, we help laboratories and testing environments operate more effectively, generate meaningful insights at scale, and ultimately support healthier and safer communities. Operating across more than 30 countries, Clinisys expects all colleagues—regardless of role or function—to work confidentlywith AI‑enabled tools, apply digital and analytical thinking, and continuously adapt as technologies evolve, must drive an AI first sense of purpose and urgency.

Clinisys has built an unrivalled reputation for deploying complex diagnostic networks and academic centres– and is the only provider to repetitively deliver to all disciplines end‑to‑end – at scale. Fostering healthier communities.

Role Description: We are building a small, high‑impact EU capability to strengthen how Clinisys supports complex healthcare informatics deals. This role supports EU sales execution by combining bid / RFP coordination with hands‑on clinical and technical pre‑sales contribution. It plays a key role in improving the quality, consistency and timeliness of tenders and customer engagements—helping ensure RFPs, RFIs and demonstrations are well‑prepared, clinically credible and aligned to customer needs. Working closely with EU Sales Leads and senior colleagues, the role contributes to reducing hand‑offs, strengthening language coverage (Dutch, German, English) and improving overall bid and demo readiness across the region.

Responsibilities:

Support the mobilisation and coordination of EU RFI/RFP/SQT responses in partnership with Sales Leads—helping track requirements, timelines and submission readiness.

Contribute to requirements analysis and compliance mapping, helping to identify gaps/risks and track actions.

Draft and develop technical and clinical response content, working with SMEs to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Assist in shaping solution definitions for bids and early‑stage engagements, including high‑level architecture and integration approaches.

Support the preparation and delivery of customer demonstrations, workshops and discovery sessions, adapting content to audience needs.

Help maintain demo readiness, including supporting updates to demo environments, datasets and configurations.

Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing feedback and supporting updates to demo and bid materials.

Build and maintain reusable content assets (response libraries, demo scripts, supporting materials) to improve efficiency.

Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders, escalating issues where appropriate to support delivery timelines.

Assist with pre‑tender and early‑stage submissions, providing structured technical input.

Use Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools to improve efficiency and quality of outputs.

Travel across Europe as required (typically 20–40%).

Knowledge, Skills&Abilities:

Good working knowledge of bid/proposal processes within complex B2B software environments.

Ability to support customer demos/workshops and explain clinical/technical concepts clearly.

Strong written communication skills with attention to detail in structured responses.

Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Fluent written and spoken English plus Dutch or German.

Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines with guidance.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365; openness to using AI‑enabled tools (e.g., Copilot).

Ability to work across diverse European customer environments.

Required Experience and Education

Experience coordinating RFI/RFP responses and/or supporting complex commercial proposals in a Sales‑led environment, with evidence of improving response quality and meeting deadlines.

Experience in a customer‑facing pre‑sales / solution consulting role within healthcare IT, diagnostics, pathology, life sciences or similarly regulated B2B software (or equivalent transferable experience).

Demonstrable experience running or supporting customer demos and workshops, turning requirements into a clear solution approach and written narrative.

Clinical/scientific/healthcare‑related education is advantageous; equivalent professional experience is acceptable.

Familiarity with EU procurement/tender environments and bid tooling (e.g., Loopio) is beneficial but not essential.

Proven experience molecular diagnostics, and/or genomic testing. Knowledge in anatomic pathology highly appreciated.

Hands on experience with NGS, molecular assays, digital pathology, or laboratory information systems (LIS) is highly desirable.

This role requires a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes. A core understanding of AI concepts is required and must be able to demonstrate the use of AI tools in a professional setting.
