It is your mission to relieve creator squads with all the Rabo Online Platform enablement services, by ensuring a great engineering journey. To do so, you are owner of the ROP portal, where you facilitate the digital part of the engineering journey and you are leading the creator success team, to ensure enablement and support.For the portal you create the vision on the engineer journey and adjust it according to feedback within the portal or via the creator success team. The creator success team accelerates platform adoption, improves creator experience, and drives value delivery across more than 160 internal DevOps teams. Creators are all roles that contribute to the creation of digital experiences and products on Rabobank’s digital channels, such as Rabobank.nl and the Rabo App. Your mission is to empower the ROP organization by providing clear focus and boosting engagement.Responsibilities

Shape the strategic vision and direction of ROP engineering journey. Translate organizational and developer needs into a clear and coherent product strategy. Create and maintain the product roadmap. Build and nurture the ROP community. Ensure adoption across 160+ squads. Create and propagate a compelling vision and strategy for ROP user journey and actively communicate this to platform contributors.Build a strong position within the bank by optimizing the platform user journey and features in close collaboration with platform contributors. Develop and streamline communication, service, and community engagement for creators using the ROP platform. Facts&Figures

2+ years of experience as a Product Manager; Strong focus on system adoption and success (outcomes) rather than technical deliverables (outputs); Excellent social skills; experience in community building or customer service is a plus; Proactive mindset, comfortable with challenge and continuous improvement;Strong organizational skills, creating structure and purpose; Ability to present compelling and convincing value propositions; Experience with platform engineering, microservice architecture, application development, and/or automation is an advantage; Good command of both Dutch and English.
