Role– Service Manager Type - Permanent Location: Utrecht (Hybrid) Dutch - B2/C1/C2 Level
Job Description
Experience:
•Single point of accountability for end-to-end service performance across allservice towers • Lead Service Integration (SIAM) across internal teams and multiple externalvendors • Chair operational service reviews, service review meetings and escalationforums • Govern Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management in line with ITIL• Lead Change Advisory Boards (CABs) with risk-based decision making • Own SLA, KPI and OLA performance and cross-vendor dependencies • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and public-sector requirements • Identify, track and mitigate service-related risks and dependencies
Skills Overview:- Strong ITIL-based Service Management experience in multi-vendor environments - Proven SIAM operating-model experience - Public sector IT service delivery experience in the Netherlands• Strong ownership and accountability mindset • Calm, structured decision-making under pressure • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills • High professionalism, integrity and discretion
