The profile The Finance Manager plays a key role within the international finance organization of JAB Holding Company, operating at the intersection of financial reporting, treasury support, audit coordination and finance transformation. The environment is intellectually demanding, entrepreneurial and hands-on, requiring a professional with strong technical expertise, ownership and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced international investment setting.The position is responsible for the full reporting cycle across a complex international investment structure of 25+ legal entities, including consolidated and statutory reporting under IFRS, US GAAP and local GAAP. The role provides exposure to technically complex accounting topics, including acquisitions, restructurings, financing structures, share-based compensation and investment-related transactions.

In addition, the Finance Manager contributes to finance transformation initiatives focused on automation, systems implementation, process optimization and strengthening reporting and governance frameworks. Working in a lean and highly international environment, the role offers broad exposure across accounting, treasury, governance and strategic finance projects, with direct interaction with senior stakeholders, auditors and portfolio companies.

The ideal candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on and technically strong finance professional with a solid accounting background, ideally gained within Big 4 audit or accounting advisory. Requirements Approximately 6–8+ years of relevant experience within accounting, audit, financial reporting or accounting advisory. Master’s degree in finance, accounting and a RA, CPA, ACA or equivalent qualification.
