Job Title: IBM BPM Developer (Junior) Experience: 2–3 Years Employment Type: Full-time

Must Have Skills Hands-on experience with IBM BPM / IBM BAW development Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript Experience with REST and SOAP web services (XML / JSON) Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting Strong hands-on development and debugging expertise

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance IBM BPM workflows and process applications Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and handle XML/JSON data formats Develop and modify UI components using JavaScript as required Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and production support activitiesUse PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and support environment activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment Prepare technical documentation and support handover activities

Good to Have Skills Exposure to IBM Integration Designer (IID) or middleware concepts Basic understanding of WebSphere or application server deployments Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
