EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a large Construction company to recruit a Data Specialist for its team in Utrecht, Netherlands
In this role you will work at the intersection of finance, IT and business, playing a central part in building and maturing data governance across the organisation.
Are you someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity and is energised by improving data quality. You know how to bring stakeholders on the journey and can switch comfortably between business and IT.
Responsibilities : Establishing and implementing a data governance framework with a focus on data quality, compliance and stewardship Defining and rolling out data standards and metadata models in collaboration with Business Process Owners and IT Safeguarding data integrity and traceability across the full data lifecycleCarrying out data audits and quality analysis to drive continuous improvement Supporting the implementation of digital tools and AI-driven solutions for data capture and validation
Requirements : A completed Master's degree in Data Science or a related field At least 3 years of experience in data governance or as a data steward Experience with ERP implementations Strong communication skills and the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders A genuine passion for data, quality and innovationEnglish and Dutch
